Overview

Create and manage instrument scope for projects.

Job Details

  • Create and manage instrument scope for projects.
  • Research suitable solutions and estimate costs and timescales.
  • Conceptual design, FEED and Detail Design.
  • Identify customer requirements.
  • Design systems.
  • Read design specifications and technical drawings.
  • Datasheet preparation, checking and approving for various instruments.
  • Knowledge of industry codes and standards applicable to Petro-chemical industries.
  • Liaise with other engineering disciplines.
  • Communicate with clients and contractors.
  • Attend meetings on site.
  • Propose modifications.
  • Prepare specification documentation, write reports, and give presentations.
  • Safety and Environmental awareness.
  • Undertaking relevant research.
  • Analysing and interpreting data.
  • Providing technical support to clients.
  • Teamwork, cooperative attitude, effective communication, and flexible worker.

Qualifications

  • Ideally degree qualified
  • Minimum HNC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products

Experience

  • 5+ Years’ Experience in an equivalent role
  • Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemicals or power experience
