Axi Recruitment is working with a highly successful manufacturing company. There is a great opportunity for Customer Care Advisor to join a friendly and motivated team on a full time, permanent basis.

Job Details

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with promptly
  • Deal with customers over the phone, email and/ or face to face
  • Liaise with other departments in the business
  • Handle customer queries, resolve in a timely manner
  • Direct customers to the appropriate departments
  • Manage and maintain customer records
  • Daily administration duties

  • Previous experience working in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Possess a positive attitude, and be a team player!


  • IT proficient on Ms office particularly Word & Excel
  • Experience working ERP systems, Sage would be advantageous
