Axi Recruitment is working exclusively with an established and growing telecommunications business. Due to the growth of the business, our client is seeking a hardworking and dynamic Customer Service Administrator to join their team, to assist with customer support and general administrative duties.

Job Details

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum plus bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per week

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coding and inputting of purchase invoices/documents
  • Ensure internal controls are adhered to and invoices are approved appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and updating and maintaining existing account information.
  • Preparation of weekly payment runs.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Management and oversight of the cashbook and month end bank reconciliation.
  • Processing of employee expense claims.
  • Routine and Ad-hoc excel based reconciliations / reporting.
  • Day to day administrative duties

The Person:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role is essential, preferably within Purchase Ledger
  • IT proficient on Ms office particularly Word & Excel, knowledge of SAGE 200 and/or Pegasus
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Possess a positive attitude, and be a team player!
